Celebrating March the 25th
Tulips reachin' up to the sky
The Grass is turnin' Green
We're all lookin' at the trees
New Leaves there are seen
We're all talkin' summertime
Everyone's countin' down
Put those Christmas decorations away
On March the 25th!
With apologies to Shel Silverstein
Cute! Spring has sprung in the Ozarks and now comes the yellow/green stuff from the Oaks. A delightful time of the year!
ReplyDeleteThere is a house a few blocks away. . . They need to see this poem! Thanks for the chuckle, Deb.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you didn't end this with snow in your forecast. Let the tulip time begin!
ReplyDeleteHa. Christmas decorations and March are unexpected together. Welcome Spring!
